A bumper crop this month, with some old favourites that I always go back for more or have spares of in my beauty cabinet (aka spare room).
NARS pure radiant tinted moisturiser – not much more to report on this one. I use this pretty much every day and don’t veer off the path all that often – I always end up regretting it! This is the best tinted moisturiser on the market as far as I am concerned.
Ojon rare blend moisture-rich cleansing conditioner – this is my second bottle and I am in love. It cleans hair and leaves it soft and supple. I use this every other shampoo, and my hair is in the best condition it has ever been in. I doubt I will find anything else to replace it.
Aveeno moisturising cream – this is a new one on me. It is developed for dry and sensitive skins, especially ones that suffer from eczema. I like it. Very smooth, easily absorbed and skin is moisturised for the whole day, i.e. no lizard skin by the end of the day. The only downside is that it smells oatmeally (whatever that is, suffice it to say it doesn’t smell feminine).
Mary Kay oil free eye make up remover – I think I go through a bottle every few months. Fab fab fab eye make up remover. You need to try it to believe me.
Pai rosehip bio-regenerate oil – another old favourite. I probably go through 2 bottles a year. It is high grade and top quality. Ideal for sensitive skin.
Shiseido ultimune power infusing concentrate – this was a part of my Latest in Beauty beauty box. A solid serum and one to try if you are new to serums.
bliss blood orange + white pepper soapy suds – I love bliss products. Their shower gels are frothy and non-drying, plus they smell divine. I couldn’t find this on the UK website that wasn’t part of a gift set, but it is available here in the UK. And if you are lucky, like I was, then you’ll find it in your local TK Maxx :). I pick up these travel-sized ones all the time when I am in there.
bliss lemon + sage body butter – another favourite. I found this super-sized tube (414 ml) of body butter in my local TK Maxx (!). Their body butters are very moisturising and smell very fresh, without being overpowering. I have another one of these super-sized tubes in vanilla + bergamot, and I cannot wait to pop it open. Perfect for summer!
Soap & glory clean on me creamy clarifying shower gel – travel sized shower gel that is long lasting and moisturising. Such a fresh smell, although more on the feminine side, so if you don’t like ‘pretty’ smelling shower gels this is not for you. Moisturising enough to shave with, ideal for holidays.
I keep hearing great things about Mary Kay. I always thought of it as an ‘old ladies’ for some reason.
Oh I didn’t know that about them. Yes they seem to have evolved to try and capture a younger market (pretty much what they’re all doing…trying to become relevant to a younger audience). Anyway…LOVE the eye makeup remover ☺
