Klorane dry shampoo – tinted for brown to dark hair

Klorane is a French pharmacy brand whose products have achieve pharmaceutical status, which means they are rigorously tested for efficacy and safety. Their dry shampoo is the only product I have tried so far, and so far I’m impressed. Finally, a dry shampoo that doesn’t leave hair matted and dry, which I have found some other dry shampoos do. If you want hair refreshed, but still feeling soft and silky, with a shine, then this is the one to go for. I’ve tried a few (Tresemmé, Sachajuan, Batiste) and all either leave a residue or hair so matted the next day that I need to shampoo 3 times to get the stuff out.

I don’t have particularly greasy hair, but sometimes I just need that extra boost in between hair washes, when volume needs a a bit of help, and when my paranoia radar goes into overdrive, convinced that my scalp smells! It’s great for helping hair to feel thicker so it can go into a ponytail better, but without the tackiness and matting that occurs after using other dry shampoos.

Klorane dry shampoo contains oat milk which softens and moisturises the hair, and is tinted for darker hair colours so it doesn’t look like you’ve sprinkled talcum powder all over your head. I spray the dry shampoo, leave on for 2 minutes and then blow dry it which seems to bring hair back to life. I’ve even tonged hair afterwards without damaging the plates or the hair – seriously no stickiness as would be the case with other dry shampoos.

An added bonus is that it doesn’t contain sulfates, parabens, silicones or sodium chloride, so if you are trying to minimise using these then check out the rest of the Klorane range.

I love testing new dry shampoos, especially since non of them ever seem to suit me! Have to get my hands on this now, the oat milk sounds so tempting! 😀 Thanks for sharing.
