Rajeunir lip serum
If you’re after something to smooth out the surface of your lips and protect it from the elements (i.e. has an SPF), then this lip serum is worth giving a try. The team at Rajeunir gave this to me as a free sample to try, and I like it. A lot.
It creates a great base for lipstick to go on, and seems to stop the drying effects of wearing lipstick all day. You know how it is, no matter how expensive or moisturising your lipstick is, the bold colours end up drying out your lips by the end of the day.
This serum contains SPF15 and is silicone based, which explains why it creates a smooth surface over lips. It’s free of petrochemicals and parabens, and some other toxic ingredients I am not going to attempt to spell!
I haven’t tested it in the sun (my lips burn quite easily when it’s really sunny), nor have I used it for long enough to vouch for any long-term smoothing effects, but for now it is a welcome addition to my make up bag, especially as a lipstick primer.
