|| GETTING IN YOUR GREENS || Not just at meal times but they can be filtered into snacks too and kale chips are a much more enjoyable way of doing it. I've made some home made kale chips simply by dressing kale in a little coconut oil and roasting in a pre-heated oven for 5-10 mins. Teamed them with guacomole to keep me fuller for longer and of course for the skin boosting essential fats. Happy snacking! 😉 #Superfoods #GlutenFree #DairyFree #Healthy #Nutrition #Wellbeing #Vegan #Vegetarian #Detox #Cleanse #Organic #Nourishing #FunctionalFoods #Kale #Greens #SkinFood #Fibre #Digestion #Skin #GlowingSkin #SkinFood #KaleChips #Health

Hey girl hey 💁, @taylorcooper here and I'm having those lunch time cravings. In other words, my stomach is growling and it's about time to feed that thing. I'm pretty sure this salad will save the day. I mean look at it, so much freshness. And flavor. And color. (Sometimes I geek out over salads, it's fine, just ignore me. No wait, don't do that. Just geek out with me.) # Taco Salad 🎉🎉 # Ingredients: # • 2 cups chopped spinach (or 1 cup spinach + 1 cup romaine) • 1 cup lean ground turkey (cook a pound of it but save the rest for a stuffed sweet potato or another taco salad!) • 1 bell pepper, seeds removed + sliced into strips (i had 2 that i needed to use so I just went for it) • juice of 1 lime • handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half • ¼ cup red onion, diced • handful of fresh cilantro, chopped • ½ avocado, sliced (or fresh guac.. that's always a good choice) • 1/3 cup salsa (trader joes has a few whole30 compliant options, just check your labels!) • 1 tsp chili powder • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tsp ghee • franks original hot sauce (yes, this is compliant) # Instructions: # 1. heat a pan over medium heat and cook your turkey, when turkey is cooked through pour into a medium size mixing bowl and mix with salsa, chili powder, and cumin 2. using the same pan, heat your ghee and throw in your sliced bell peppers and cook until softened (it's ok if they brown a bit) 3. next, get your favorite salad bowl or plate or whatever you're feeling, add your greens, then red onions and sliced tomatoes 4. top with a heaping cup of your ground turkey mixture, throw those sautéed bell peppers on there, then add the cilantro and your lime juice 5. I finish this beast of a salad with avocado slices and plenty of franks original hot sauce # # This is one of those salads that my husband really likes, so I try to never make it. Totally kidding, I love when he likes these meals, therefore this is on our menu quite often. Crowd pleaser for sure. #whole30recipes #whole30
